I have a 2016 Hurricane 34J I bought new 2 years ago. I store it in covered storage, but it has been in and out of the shop totaling almost 5 months.
I wash the MH before, and after I get back from trips. I noticed 3 months ago the front cap was fading and made a claim with my Thor Warranty that I bought through the dealer. The dealer took pictures of it and applied to get it repaired.
After 3 months, Thor denied the claim saying it was my fault for not washing it enough.
I bought my Thor new and keep it very clean and store it in covered parking. However, it has almost been parked outside at the service shop for 5 months.
I am figuring out why they dont have better quality control because they make up for the cost with the warranty they dont stand behind.
