A customer representative contacted me and we reached an agreement. Thor provides the parts and my dealer made the repairs.

I’ve a new ThorVegas with numerous quality and craftsmanship issues. The dealer took care of what they could, but needed new parts to make remaining repairs and needed Thor approval.

Thor approved the smaller repairs,but denied the larger on stating that the dealer should have not upon delivery. My biggest complaint is the dinette chair back and side have material defects and Thor is stating it was dealer caused. If it were a tear or scratch then it’s possible, but a material blemish no. The customer service representative was dismissive and rude.

As I looked through the coach it became obvious that Thor has no concept of quality control or craftsmanship.

This is the last Thor product I purchase. For your benefit don’t purchase a Thor product without a very thorough inspection.

Monetary Loss: $700.

I liked: Style, Motor home design and layout very comfortable coach.

I didn't like: Customer service and warranty, I did not like thor quality or customer service.
