We have not been reimbursed anything and are still waiting. We are now til that the roof on our brand new $120,000 RV is only warranted for 90 days.

After that time the owner is expected to do maintenance. Who would expect a brand new vehicle (which had the leak within the 90 days) should not be covered No answer from Thor, no money from Thor, nothing.

We have paid the repair center. The actual warranty total was $1316.17.

The estimate was $692.78. Thor says they will reimburse $692.78.

We want them to pay the total charged. All charges were necessary and reasonable.

Our $120,000 Siesta had multiple problems immediately after we finalized the purchase 11/17/17. The pump would not stay on, the theater seats would not retract without slamming, the hot water heater was unreliable, the backup and side cameras did not work, we had a leak, a cabinet door had to be replaced, etc.

The dealer we purchased from had the unit for a month prior to our picking it up. They did not repair the items that needed repair. We bought out of state - big mistake. Thor gave a list of dealers/service centers near our home.

The dealer we chose froze our unit and we needed to replace the hot water heater, sink faucet, etc. (It was all at their expense because it was in the work order to flush the system or keep it inside) But we waited a month for that appointment and they had it for almost two months to repair the damage they caused. We then chose a service center we had used with our two previous RVs and got approval from by Thor. The center gave an estimate of almost $700 to do the repairs.

It ended up $1350 mainly because of the leak. Although the water was coming out above the stove near the window, the source of the leak was not there. They had to pressurize the unit and found that a seam on the roof was not properly sealed.

Now they will only pay the amount of the estimate. We assumed the center was letting Thor know about the added time to do the repairs as they were calling us.

The repair center told us they would not accept payment from the warranty, but that we would have to get payment for Thor. Now we're supposed to eat the repairs because of a communication problem.

What kind of warranty won't cover the repair of seam that wasn't finished properly at manufacture?

What kind of company won't stand behind their product? What kind of company doesn't respect their customer?

Reason of review: Warranty issue.

Monetary Loss: $624.

Preferred solution: reimburse us for the total amount spent on our warranty repairs. .
